Photographing Jewelry with Smart Phones & Dumb Cameras

Co–sponsored with Jamaica Plain Arts Council/Jamaica Plain Open Studios, Jamaica Plain Artists Association and Boston Handmade
Using the new cell phone cameras or point–and–shoots, create compelling pictures of your jewelry projects for websites, Facebook, blogs, Twitter, email and other marketing tools. Learn secrets the pros use without breaking your piggy bank. Conceptualize your image first, and learn how to achieve it. Start a ‘recipe book’ for documenting your projects. If you bring some jewelry, we might use yours for a class project.
This workshop is designed for jewelers, but other artisans are also welcome.
