Adventures in Art Ages 6-8 1W22
For kids who love art and want to have fun exploring a variety of approaches, mediums and techniques. You may have just started drawing, or already draw well and want to improve your skills. Through imagination and observation, explore composition, pattern, line, texture, scale, color, shading and contrast. Media may include watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, pencil, pastel and prints. (Limit 8 Students)
All eligible children/teens will be required to complete the recommended course of vaccinations for Covid-19 prior to attending programs at the Eliot School in 2022. Rebecca teaches visual arts and woodworking in our School and Community Partnership Program in Boston Public Schools. She also teaches woodworking classes in house at The Eliot School as well as the Summer Program for Children. She is a licensed Massachusetts DESE teacher for Visual Arts, Technology Education, and Instructional Technology. Rebecca graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College. In her free time she enjoys gardening, hiking, and biking.
