Beginning Crochet Lesson 2 (Adults)

Dive back in to learn more about the basics of crochet in this online course. With new techniques such as working in the round, double crochet, the slip stitch and stitches in the same space, make a traditional “granny square.” Multiple squares can be sewn together to create purses, slippers, blankets, sweaters and more! 

This class has a prerequisite of Beginning Crochet Lesson 1, or equivalent skills.

Angela Cooper

Angela is a Notre Dame AmeriCorps member serving the Eliot School as an art teacher's assistant.  She has been crocheting for about 15 years and has created blankets, hats, scarves, shawls, slippers, amigurumi, garlands, and purses.  Angela also embroiders, knits, weaves on a hand loom, and sews small projects.  Recently, she has enjoyed working with oil pastels and watercolor pencils to try another medium of art.
