Drawing with Colored Pencils 1S20 CANCELED
Explore the richness and vibrancy of this often over looked medium. Gain fluidity and ease as you learn about linear strokes, layering, color mixing, value relationships and more. Basic drawing skills are recommended, but not required. All levels welcome. Limit 6 students
Cyrus Whitter specializes in portrait and still life drawing with pastel, pencil and charcoal. He exhibits his work at Rockport Art Association, Concord Art Association and Newton Art Association and is represented by Portraits North (Lexington MA).
In addition to the Eliot School, he teaches at Brookline Adult & Community Education, Newton Community Education and the Jewish Community Center, with past experience at DeCordova Museum School. He holds a Diploma in Graphic Design from Art Institute of Boston.

- 1 Set of 36 Prismacolor Soft Core Colored Pencils
- 1 8” x 8” or 9” x 12” pad of White Stonehenge Paper
- 1 hand held sharpener
