Intermediate Crochet 1S22

Dive back in to learn more about the basics of crochet in this course.

With new techniques such as working in the round, double crochet, the slip stitch and stitches in the same space, make a traditional “granny square.” Multiple squares can be sewn together to create quilts, purses, slippers, blankets, sweaters and more! 

This class has a prerequisite of Beginning Crochet, or equivalent skills.  Please bring your own supplies listed under the Materials tab.

Angela Cooper

Angela is an art teacher's assistant for the Eliot School.  She has been crocheting for about 15 years and has created blankets, hats, scarves, shawls, slippers, amigurumi, garlands, and purses.  Angela also embroiders, knits, weaves on a hand loom, and sews small projects.  Recently, she has enjoyed working with oil pastels and watercolor pencils to try another medium of art.
