NOTE: Our SUMMER PROGRAM for CHILDREN is canceled, along with all SPRING In-House classes.
Kids’ Sewing Ages 9-12 1F19
Learn how to use the sewing machine, cut patterns and sew. Develop your own personal sewing kit. Bags, pillows and simple clothing lead to more complex projects as you gain more experience. Sewing is practical and fun. Once you know how to do it you can make great things for yourself and for friends.
Carol Price has been sewing since childhood, following the tradition set by her father, a tailor. She designs and sells her own line of women’s apparel, pillows, drapes, backpacks, handbags and dolls. Over the years, Carol has taught hundreds of people of all ages to sew at the Eliot School.
