Monotype Prints with a Press 1F19
Create unique prints that combine techniques of painting, drawing and collage, incorporating organic materials and found objects, including fabric, egg shells, bubble wraps, feathers and anything your imagination desires. A manual printing press introduces often-unpredictable effects of pressure to create surprising and wonderful works of art.
Lynda Goldberg makes paintings and prints inspired by nature. She works in layers and juxtaposes various mediums: water soluble oil paints, printing inks, charcoal, pastel, oil pastel, graphite and India inks, experimenting with combinations of mediums and how one medium influences another.
She has exhibited in New England in both solo and group shows, and received numerous awards. Her work is in many corporate, private, and non-profit collections in the U.S. and abroad.
She is a member of the: National Association of Women Artists, Art Connection, Monotype Guild of New England, Nature Printing Society, Unbound Visual Arts, Brickbottom Artists Association, Newton Art Association, North Shore Art Association and Rockport Art Association.
