Pasta Making

    

Using just a few basic ingredients, learn the basics of pasta making from a local chef. Students from other Artisan's Table workshops may use implements they've made. Then gather for Reflections on Food, with youth leaders from The Food Project, as you prepare pasta and salad, to learn what it takes to get your food from seed to fork. Followed by a meal that incorporates items made in Artisan’s Table workshops.
