Weave a Striated Chenille Scarf 1W26
Learn to weave and use your skill to weave a striated chenille scarf for the cold winter days. Chenille is soft, scrumptious and warm.. a great alternative to wool. Your table top loom will be prewarped and ready to weave with a color of your choice. We will have an array of luxury chenilles all ready for you to design your scarf. This workshop is perfect for a beginner weaver, you'll gain an understanding of basic weaving on a rigid heddle loom. We will meet for 2, four hour sessions, at which point you will finish your scarf, and wear it home.

Dahlia Popovits has been designing and weaving extraordinary clothes and accessories utilizing her award winning handwoven textiles made with the finest luxury yarns from around the world, for nearly 50 years. She has taught at a variety of art centers the past 40 years, and is happy to be able to share her knowledge through her upcoming workshops.
