Beverly Arsem creates both functional and decorative textile art and quilts.
After more than 30 years working in architectural design and construction management, she now focuses on fiber art work.
Her work has been shown at Boston Public Library's Hyde Park Branch and at Uforge Gallery. She has taught courses for several years at the Eliot School in Contemporary Art Quilting and Surface Design, and looks forward to being able to share her knowledge and excitement with even more students.
Beverly holds a BS in Architecture from Washington University. She has taken courses at the DeCordova Museum School, Danforth Museum, Fuller Craft Museum and elsewhere. She is an MFA candidate in the Fiber Arts Department at University of Massachusetts South Dartmouth.
