Summer Program for Children woodworking art sewing classes camp Boston

Our popular Summer Program for Children combines creativity and hands-on fun. Our classes are small with lots of attention for each child. All levels are welcome. Each week is different. Sign up for one or many.

You’ll notice Woodworking, Art Zone, Fantastic Photography and other classes with the same name. Each one is different, with plenty of new projects, new skills and new materials each week.

Each program is one week, Monday through Friday:

Mornings: 9am−12pm
Afternoons: 12:30pm−3:30pm, with supervised lunch between
Register for half or full days.

Cost per week:
$250 for half day, $420 for full day
Week of July 2nd: $200 for half day, $340 for full day. (No class July 4th)

Early Drop-Off / Extended Day:
Leave your child with us for some relaxed time outdoors (if weather permits) or in our art room. Mixed ages, 6–14.
Early Drop-Off: 8am–9am, $60/week
Extended Day: 3:30pm–5:30pm (pick up 5pm–5:30pm), $120/week

Week of July 2nd: 

Early Drop-Off: 8–9am, $48/week
Extended Day: 3:30–5:30pm (pick up 5–5:30pm), $96/week

Please note that registration for Early Drop Off and Extended Day are for the whole week only.

Sibling Discount: 10% discount for the second sibling taking a class in the same time slot.


 

Registration

Please fill out a separate registration form for each child. If you have any questions call 617-524-3313 x12 or stop by the office, we are open Monday–Thursday, 11:30 am–6pm, Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, and Saturday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The code next to each session – “(1–P2)” – is the course code. Include this on your registration form for each session you select. Enter Early Drop-off and Extended Day separately for each child, clearly indicating the week.

We process registrations strictly on a first-come first-served basis. It can take us a day or two to catch up with registrations that come in overnight or on weekends. As classes are both small and popular, they can fill up quickly. You may wish to give a second or third choice in the Comments box on your registration form in case your first choice is full.

To be honored, registration must be accompanied by full payment. Please read our policies on refunds and withdrawals before you register.


Scholarships / Becas

Scholarships are available to low-income students. We encourage students from our Partnership Program to apply. You can see a list of current and recent partnerships here

We consider other scholarship applications on a case-by-case basis. Space is limited.

Health and Permission Forms

It's important to have information about our students readily accessible. If you've already registered for a class, make sure to fill out one of our health forms (we don't need documents from physicals or immunization records) and return it on or by the first day of your first class.
