In this two-session course, students will transform rough lumber into a finely crafted end grain cutting board. Unlike edge grain boards, end grain boards are gentler on knives, making them a favorite among butchers and professional chefs. This class will guide students through every step of the process, including milling, cutting, gluing, and shaping their unique cutting board.
