Join us for JP Open Studios, Sept. 24-25

We are a few weeks away from hosting Jamaica Plain Open Studios in our schoolyard!

JP Open Studios is an annual event, organized by Jamaica Plain Arts Council, where artists and makers showcase and sell their work—often in their own creative/work space.  Each year, we invite our faculty, staff, and community members to exhibit their work throughout the school grounds, where many of them teach and learn. As local creatives display their artistry, we'll have art-making and live demonstrations by our faculty as well as the last concert in our Schoolyard Concert Series, starring the Stan Strickland Trio.

This year, JP Open Studios is happening on Saturday and Sunday, September 24-25, 2022. We are elated to celebrate and amplify the artists and makers that we proudly work with every day. Our Teen Bridge and Artists-in-Resident program participants will also be present and sharing what they've accomplished this past year.

We are looking for volunteers to help during the event. Contact our Director of Adult Programs & Engagement, Dara Cheek, at for more information.
