Kids Painting & Printmaking (Ages 9-12) 1W25
In this 4-session workshop, students will learn about artists from Basquiat to James Rizzi while exploring printmaking and painting that will produce landscapes, cityscapes, and portraits. We will discuss identity, culture, community, through perspective, composition, and color. We will make artistic choices that express our feelings, and communicate our ideas through a variety of lessons that center your child's creativity and ingenuity.
Students will walk away with a body of work in printmaking and painting, gain confidence in their artistic skills, and learn about artists in our day.
Make up day 4/13/25 if needed.
