Sewing Essentials 1F26

Age Group:
Teens (16+), Adults

Curious about sewing but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly course introduces the essential skills and techniques needed to begin sewing with confidence. Learn how to operate and care for a sewing machine, practice basic hand-stitching techniques, explore different fabric types and their uses, and build foundational sewing skills for garment repair, home accessories, and future creative projects.

Along the way, students will complete small skill-building exercises and finish a simple sewn project such as a tote bag, pillow, or apron. Whether you want to mend clothing, make handmade gifts, or begin a new creative hobby, this class offers a supportive introduction to the world of sewing.
