In this two-day workshop, students will learn a variety of stitches and decorative embroidery techniques. Participants will learn how to add images, textures, and dimension to a flat piece of fabric.
Students will leave with 2-3 handmade books or journals as well as the skills to create their own books and journals with simple materials found at home. Once you learn how to make a book you never forget!
For kids that want to learn or build upon the basics of woodworking. Students will build projects in wood with tools and techniques in an environment that emphasizes creativity and safety.
