Kids' Woodworking Ages 10-14 1S24

For kids that want to learn or build upon the basics of woodworking. Students will build projects in wood with tools and techniques in an environment that emphasizes creativity and safety. As they gain experience and skill, students will undertake larger and more complex projects, gaining appreciation for wood as a creative medium.

Students of all levels are invited to share their skills. Returning students welcome, new projects each session! Limit 8 Students

Susan Vannini has studied woodworking at the Eliot School and North Bennet Street School for over a decade. She turns bowls, stoppers and other objects from wood and sells them through her label, SV Designs. She has taught woodworking to hundreds of children at the Eliot School over the years.
